Welcome! The College-Rolando Branch of the San Diego Public Library serves 55,000 neighbors across the College Area, Rolando, El Cerrito, Rolando Park, Colina, and part of Talmadge. The Friends of the College-Rolando Library is the all-volunteer organization that supports it — and this is our home on the web.

We’re a non-profit community organization dedicated to supporting the College-Rolando Branch.
